What’s on offer?

We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced HSE Administrator for our Queensland Utilities requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

Assisting in developing processes required for safe and efficient delivery of works

Assist with meeting training needs for all personnel

Help the wider team to maximise the use of HSEQ applications

Be the conduit for contractors during pre-qualification and onboarding process

Validate HSEQ data for use in reporting and continuous improvement decisions

Promote health and safety policies and procedures to all personnel.

How you'll connect to the role:

Relevant Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety is highly regarded

Relevant experience in the construction industry is highly regarded

Have a current driver’s license

Construction White Card

Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Word and Excel

Proven ability to engage, coach and foster relationships at all levels of an organisation

Current First Aid certificate
