Do you want to lead with a great team of HR project management and business analysis professionals? Do you want to support business decision making? Do you want to drive projects that impact the business and effect positive change? If yes, CACI is looking for a Human Resources PMO and Business Analysis Senior Manager. As a leader of this organization, you collaborate with the HR senior leadership team, discuss larger projects and business needs, facilitate discussions to prioritize activities, and lead your team in managing various projects. You will play a key role in the development of our HR activity roadmap working with our VP of HR Strategy and the HRIS Director to deliver system solutions.

In this role you will work collaboratively with the broader HR team and will have a customer-centric approach to interacting with requestors. Priorities may change, projects could need adjustments to find solutions. In this role, you will work with your team to address, and work with leadership to effect change successfully.

What You’ll Get to Do:

Work with the senior Human Resource leaders to identify and prioritize projects;

Facilitate quarterly reviews with the HR leadership team on progress, milestones and potential obstacles;

Evaluate business processes and redesign to improve efficiencies and reduce overall costs;

Partner with the HRIS Director to create and deliver on CACI's long-term HR roadmap;

Assist in developing internal HR metrics and provide on-going oversight;

Identify areas of opportunity to consolidate and streamline reports, processes and HR activities;

Partner collaboratively with members of the HR Operations team as well as team members across HR and other business functions to understand business requirements and develop creative solutions for delivering positive results to leaders, employees, and HR professionals;

Lead HR activities for mergers and acquisitions;

Collaborate with other organizations in the Workday Community to share knowledge and create and/or adhere to industry best practices;

Troubleshoot business and production issues, performing root cause analysis to reduce future issues.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 10+ years of relevant work experience (inclusive of a minimum of 3 years' project management experience);

Experience with facilitating business needs discussions;

Strong relationship building, negotiation, and facilitation skills;

Experience with implementing Workday projects and developing WD business processes;

Experience with providing progress reports to senior leadership and delivering difficult communications;

Ability to deliver across multiple tasks and deadlines, while working in a time critical environment and prioritizing your workload effectively, while adapting to shifting priorities;

Ability to interact professionally and effectively communicate with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts;

Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills;

Ability to manage confidential and highly sensitive information;

Understand the documentation requirements for collecting requirements, development, UAT and final deployment in a SOX compliance environment

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

An understanding of Workday reporting, integrations and web services;

Candidate is expected to be in the office on average 1 day per week.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $109,800 - $241,600
