Role and Responsibilities:
Cataloging and Product Listing:
Manage and execute the cataloging and listing of products.
Ensure accurate and detailed product descriptions, pricing, and categorization on the website.
Coordinate with the artisan partner teams for high-quality images and descriptions.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels by coordinating with the artisan partners, to meet sales and operational requirements.
Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct regular audits and reconcile discrepancies.
End of Season Sale (EOSS) and Discount Management:
Execute EOSS discount campaigns.
Monitor the performance of sales and discount programs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events.
International Shipping:
Oversee and manage the international shipping processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate with shipping partners to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with international shipping regulations and requirements.
Website Tagging:
Implement and manage product tagging on the website to enhance user experience and searchability.
Ensure that tagging aligns with SEO best practices and improves product discoverability.
Qualifications: Graduate in any field
