Salary $85,000 - $120,000 + Excellent Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Southeast USA.

As the Production Superintendent, you will:

• Hire production team members

• Responsible for meeting production goals

• Have a hands-on approach

• Comfortable with safety, supervision, budgets, and lean manufacturing.

Minimum requirements for this Production Superintendent position:

• At least 3 years’ experience as a supervisor in the wood manufacturing

• Excellent leadership, organizational, & computer skills

• Able to build a team and motivate members.
