VIVO are currently recruiting for a Commercial Coordinator to support our friendly and successful Commercial team in the South West of England.

This is a vital and varied role within the team which will see you take responsibility for the management of the Core Supply Chain payment applications, management of the TwC Supplier data base, processing subcontract payments as required, liasing with SME’s/Supply Chain over queries and checking costs for correct application of agreed rates.

You will also support the Principal Commercial Manager in the management of Contract Change and Recompense Events, maintain and review core contract commercial processes, controls and documents, answer queries efficiently and effectively and maintain filing systems and periodic archiving.

An important aspect of this role will be preparing an maintaining commercial reports. You will take raw data, analyse and interpret the data and put it into polished and professional standard reporting and presentation format.

What You Need To Do The Job:

First and foremost, you must be an experienced and skilled Administrator, ideally from a Commercial environment.

It is important that you have excellent Exel, data analysis, reporting and presentation preparation skills which should be evidenced on your CV.

Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels, whilst managing a large workload and working to deadlines.

This role would suit a competent and established Commercial Coordinator, or a highly skilled Administrator from any background with experience in the key areas of requirement outlined above.

The vacancy has arisen following the progression of the previous post-holder into an Assistant Quantity Surveyor position within VIVO, and we are dedicated to offering the same support to an ambitious candidate with similar aspirations.
