Description:

Education qualifications: Any Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA mandatory).

Key responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition and Management:

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Implement talent management practices to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.

2. Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.

Resolve conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Conduct investigations into employee complaints, take appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary, and make recommendations for improvement.

3. Labour Law and Statutory Compliance:

Employee State Insurance (ESI):

Registration: Ensure eligible employees are registered.

Contributions: Manage and remit ESI contributions.

Benefits Management: Assist employees in claiming ESI benefits.

Compliance Reporting: Submit required ESI returns.

Provident Fund (PF):

Registration: Ensure employees are registered with EPFO.

Contributions: Handle and remit PF contributions.

Claims Assistance: Help with PF withdrawal and transfer processes.

Compliance Reporting: Submit monthly and annual PF returns.

4. Practice HR:

Employee Engagement: Develop programs to boost morale and retention.

Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems.

Training: Organize training for skill development.

5. Security and Fire Arrangements:

Security Measures: Implement surveillance and access control.

Fire Safety: Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, conduct drills, and maintain equipment.
