Position Description:

We are seeking a PMO Analyst to join our CGI team and contribute to a dynamic and determined team that will be assisting a local Northern California public sector client to successfully transform how they provide services to their citizens.

This position is located at our Sacramento, CA office with work performed at the client site in Sacramento, CA area. You will be required to be at the client’s site 3-4 days per week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

How you'll make an impact

• Support resource onboarding/offboarding client tasks

• Support resource onboarding/offboarding CGI tasks (where applicable)

• Support subcontractor time reporting and subcontractor invoice management

• Assist with compiling supporting documentation for client invoicing and reporting (bi-weekly/monthly)

• Assist with deliverable updates to PMO deliverables (i.e., PMP, Schedule Management Plan etc.)

• Support Change Request process Keep track of where items are in the process streamlining Assist moving items along the process Own in-progress CRs by working with SMEs Assist with drafting PMO related CRs (i.e., schedule impacting)

• Development of applicable job aides/checklists (i.e., onboarding) to support streamlining PMO processes

• Manage project decision log Work with client PMO on management of project decision log Help move decisions along with client Update decision log to ensure statuses and information is up-to-date Track applicable supporting documentation

• Support Quality Assurance (QA) efforts on project deliverables, work products, and other project documents (i.e., change requests/work authorizations)

• Be responsible for action item oversight including working with client PMO on tracking

• Keep meeting minutes for various meetings

• Responsible for Team CGI org chart updates

• Preferable: Basic understanding of navigating MS Project and reviewing project schedules

• Preferable: Prior experience creating and maintaining training materials

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

What you'll bring

• PMO Analyst – 2 to 4 years’ experience

• Two years of experience in the following:

o Project Management processes

o Business Analysis

o Change Management

o MS Office365

• Attained higher education degree(s) and shall have relative work experience in their assigned field for a minimum of two years

To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $54,400 - $89,700."
