COUNTRY Technology is hiring a Clarity PPM Technical Administrator & Developer. In this role, you will be integral to the support and continued evolution of a highly visible and strategic Project and Portfolio Management application (Clarity) as we develop and roll out its capabilities across the company. As we increase our use of Clarity, we’ll look to you as our technical SME to evaluate, recommend, and design solutions that meet current and future state requirements. You will help execute the implementation of the desired solutions and capabilities and be a key resource in troubleshooting and solving application issues.

In this role, you will:

Develop expertise in Clarity PPM to provide application support.

Continue developing expertise in the functional areas of portfolio management, reporting, and financials to drive the implementation of new Clarity PPM functionality.

Configure and customize Clarity PPM components including objects, portlets, process workflows, lookups, etc.

Mange the technical aspects of the Clarity PPM upgrades.

Provide hands-on Clarity PPM support and training for users across a wide range of roles.

Communicate effectively with coworkers, stakeholders, and other parties.

Represent end users interests when implementing functional changes, including those done in partnership with vendor partners.

Actively contribute to the stability, support, and maturity of Clarity.

Create and maintain informational resources, training material, job aids, etc.

Monitor a shared support mailbox, working directly with users on Clarity issues.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate office in Bloomington, IL.

Do you have what we're looking for?

Hands on expertise with all aspects of implementations, requirements gathering & analysis, design, configuration, and testing.

Experience with some of the following:

SQL

Java or similar language

XML / Jelly

APIs/Integrations

Reporting

Clarity/Rally or similar tool experience

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (with advanced proficiency in MS Excel), MS Teams, MS SharePoint, and MS Project.

Excellent troubleshooting abilities and analytical skills.

Proven oral and written communication skills.

Project management, agile, and organizational skills.

Enthusiastic about process improvement, collaboration with others, and strong people skills.

Typically requires 4 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
