As a Property Manager with Atrium Management Company, you will make sales, leadership, teamwork, and customer service your top priority!

Our ideal candidate will:

Maintain daily traffic logs, phone logs & follow-up.

Have complete knowledge of the apartment community & competition in the area.

Demonstrate amenities, apartment homes, pricing and close leases.

Process incoming lease applications, run credit verifications, track all prospective tenants, and follow up on all leads.

Generate prospect traffic through marketing efforts: Craig’s List postings, community outreach, resident referrals, and property tours.

Prepare lease documentation and conduct lease signings.

Coordinate all move-ins, move-outs, and transfers to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention.

Handle or assist in lease renewals.

Proactively handle all security deposit claims, collections claims, HOA violations and insurance claims for respective properties and owners.

Utilize computer software to make all necessary updates including new tenant information and vacancies.

Shop the competition and assist with preparation of leasing reports, sales and marketing plans.

Seek to achieve net operating income, delinquency and occupancy goals.

Provide excellent customer service and follow up with all resident service requests.

Act in accordance with all fair housing laws.

Must possess attention to detail.

Professionally manage and lead ITMs & entry level property managers to actively complete daily tasks and projects.

Weekends are required.

This is a commission-based sales/marketing opportunity for a polished, professional image.

Team oriented with ability to work independently on occasion.

Computer skills, Microsoft word, and knowledge of Internet, Email and Social Media as it pertains to marketing of community. Join NARPM or AAGO

Hours: On site Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30, and half day Saturdays (with half day off each week)

Salary: $50,000 per year plus commissions
