As a Leasing Specialist, you'll be instrumental in presenting our properties at their best and ensuring exceptional service for our valued residents. Collaborate closely with our Property Manager and Operations Team to drive all aspects of property operations, with a focus on leasing, marketing, and fostering a thriving community.

What You’ll Do

Elevate Property Presentations: Create captivating leasing presentations tailored to prospect's unique needs and desires, highlighting the features and amenities of our communities.

Innovative Marketing Techniques: Implement creative media advertising strategies to promote available properties, ensuring maximum visibility.

Engage, Follow-Up, Excel: Proactively follow up with prospects and residents via phone and email, ensuring every lead is pursued with diligence and care.

Resident Champion: Act as the first point of contact for current residents, addressing concerns, questions, and requests, while fostering satisfaction and retention.

Continuous Improvement Advocate: Maintain a vigilant eye for immediate property enhancements and recommend improvements to enhance appearance, efficiency, and effectiveness, aligning with company and community objectives.

Harmonious Relations Builder: Cultivate positive relationships with tenants, customers, staff, and the corporate office, contributing to a harmonious community environment.

Adaptable Team Player: Thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, embracing opportunities for learning and cross-training.

End-to-End Leasing Management: Oversee leasing opportunities from initial prospect engagement to seamless occupancy.

Lease Agreement Maestro: Prepare lease agreements, addendums, and renewals with precision and attention to detail.

Financial Insight Contributor: Assist in crafting budgets and revenue-expense forecasts, contributing to the financial success of our communities.

Weekend Dynamo: Embrace weekend shifts as an essential part of creating an exceptional residential experience.

Mission-Driven Supporter: Contribute to our company's growth by taking on assigned tasks and aligning with our overarching mission.

You’ll Bring

Scholarly Expertise: An associate degree or higher; preference of degree in business, marketing and/or real estate.

Relevant Experience: A track record of outstanding Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to positively impact community members' residential experience. Bonus points if you have:

ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) certification.

1-2 years' experience in multi-family industry leasing or a related field.

Tech Guru: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and property management software.

Organizational Wiz: Impeccable organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Interpersonal Virtuoso: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to complete tasks.

Task Juggler: The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, respond to requests on a timely basis, and be flexible with changing business needs, while maintaining thoroughness and accuracy.

You Should Be Able To

Maneuver Properties: Move about properties, including ascending/descending stairs.

Lift & Carry: Occasional lift, move, or carry of items up to 25 pounds.

Exchange Information: Communicate with prospects, residents, and colleagues to exchange information accurately.

Keyboard & Mouse Control: Tolerate repetitive motions of your wrists, hands, and fingers.

Be Stationary: Work at a computer and remain stationary for extended periods.

Drive Vehicles & Operate Equipment: A valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s history report and satisfactory background check.

The Perks

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes a 30-minute meal break). Weekend hours as needed.

Competitive Compensation: Your experience is valued, and we offer competitive compensation with eligibility for performance bonuses. The salary range is $16.00 to $22.00 per hour, reflecting our commitment to recognizing and rewarding your contributions.
