What You Need to Bring to the Table:

Minimum high school diploma; college degree desirable but not necessary.

Minimum three (3) years experience directly related to benefits.

Should have experience with NFC and PeopleSoft (CHRIS) systems; demonstrated ability to process benefits actions within these systems.

Demonstrated ability to perform SPPS actions and life events updates (prefer someone with experience but client will teach).

Demonstrated ability to complete military deposits and service credit deposits.

Knowledge of Service Computation Date (SCD) computation.

Demonstrated ability to review service history, and ability to enter data in the retirement calculator and prepare retirement estimates in FRB calculator (prefer someone with experience but client will teach).

Strong oral and written communication skills and strong customer service skills.
