Opportunity Snapshot:

Compensation: $35-36/hour

Location: Levelland, TX

Work Schedule: every 4 weeks working 5 on / 7 off, 4 on / 5 off, then 5 on / 2 off

Assignment Duration: 12 months+

Responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment

Troubleshoot problems, diagnose equipment failures, and make repairs as needed

Work with other production staff to ensure that production is meeting quality and quantity goals

Qualifications

An Associate's degree in engineering or a related field is required

5+ years of industry experience preferred

Strong initiative and self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills

Multi-task orientation with skills related to work prioritization

Understanding of importance of environmental and safe work practices

Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct supervision

Technical skills related to math and analytical processes and the ability to keep neat and accurate records

Proficiency in the use of personal computer utilizing a windows environment

General mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills

Ability to identify operational inefficiencies
