Role summary:

The Regional Learning & Development (L&D) Executive will support the Regional L&D Manager in the effective implementation and delivery of global and regional L&D programs and initiatives. This role is crucial for enhancing the learning culture within ROCKWOOL Asia and ensuring that employees have access to high-quality learning & development opportunities.

Plays a key role in supporting the L&D programs across the region with the main focus of program coordination especially communication with stakeholders leading to planning, organizing and coordinating the programs execution to ensure everything goes according to plan. Working with respective country HR team in keeping training documents up to date, maintaining L&D processes and policies. In some cases, to help update training programs and even deliver them.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure all L&D administrative duties are well coordinated and according to procedures so that countries in region can implement programs without issues.

Preparations of training program including logistics arrangements, printing materials, and post training follow up to ensure smooth training experience.

Adhere to procurement procedures when managing vendors to ensure compliance and no delay in payments.

Assist and administer forms and surveys for TNA and keeping proper records for tracking purposes.

Coordinate new staff onboarding program to ensure smooth experience of new joined staff and conduct the sessions when needed.

Coordinate stakeholder and ensure good support given to where needed in a timely manner.

Any other related ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in related fields.

3 -4 years’ experience in training related roles e.g. Training coordinator, Trainer, Content developer.

Experience in regional coordination, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow up effectively with Country HR Managers (CHRMs).

Good command of written and spoken English with additional Asian language would be an added advantage.

Working experience using Microsoft 365 applications (e.g. Lists, Forms, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps).

Resourceful and good coordination to be able to work with all levels of people in organization.

Self-driven and can work independently.

Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.

Possess excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing and interpersonal skills.
