Warehouse Operations Manager

itec group Inc. is actively sourcing for a Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and distribution of products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AS 400 systems and MS Office applications, and will ensure efficient and effective warehouse processes, safety compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Utilize AS 400 systems to manage inventory, track shipments, and generate reports.

Use MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for various administrative tasks and reporting.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Procurement, Logistics) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventories.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse activities in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelorâ s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related role.

Proficiency in AS 400 systems and MS Office applications.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
