We are recruiting initial members for the sales team targeting high-net-worth individuals. This is a key position for the first expansion into Asia. We are looking for individuals who can broadly engage in sales activities, from lead generation to customer success, on-site in Taiwan.
Job Description
Sales activities for new and existing high-net-worth clients
Planning and executing strategies for new customer acquisition
Communication for proposing and supporting the purchase of art pieces based on customer needs (online via email and SNS, offline via phone and visits)
Managing sales and customer data using Notion, Google Sheets, and Salesforce Closing sales (follow-up and support for customers after sales)
Regular meetings with existing clients to build ongoing relationships
Some operational tasks such as checking the condition of art pieces and preparing for packaging and shipping are included.
We provide an onboarding training program for art sales within three months to help you achieve results.
Required Experience and Achievements
Over three years of practical experience in individual sales (experience with high-net-worth individuals is a plus)
Experience in lead generation (experience with referral sales is a plus)
Receiving evaluation/rewards based on individual performance
Receiving awards for individual performance
Handling investment products (securities > investment real estate > insurance)
Empathy with our vision Willingness to actively learn about the contemporary art industry
Ability to gather and analyze information on high-net-worth purchasing behavior Interest in finance and investment, with the ability to continually learn the latest information
Standard PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and IT literacy
Tools used: Salesforce, Notion, Kintone, Slack
Language skills Chinese: Native level
Preferred Qualifications
Experience and achievements in customer service and sales targeting high-net-worth clients
Sales experience in startups or ventures
Extensive negotiation experience with executives and listed company management
