What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do?

Required to work with a team of highly skilled Security Professionals

Access Control of all exit and entry ways

Maintain a safe and secure environment

Complete daily reports and incident reports

Provide excellent customer service

Reception Concierge desk duties

CCTV surveillance monitoring

De-escalate conflicts and potentially dangerous situations with tact and diplomacy

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications to be become Security Guard in Winnipeg ?

Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license

Fluent in English, both written and orally

High school education or equivalent

Strong customer service skills

Legally authorize to work in Canada

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills

First Aid and CPR Certification is an asset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to use new software programs and technology systems
