Billeting Technician

Monitor temporary or permanent living quarters for client and other civilian contractors by performing general cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing dusting, replenishing toiletries, and setting up DV rooms.

Conduct inspection of living quarters as assigned, identify deficiencies, and Works with operations to ensure service orders for living quarters are executed and completed in a timely manner.

Coordinate activities and direct subcontractor employees to ensure proper maintenance, safety and cleanliness standards are adhered to.

Responsible for maintaining vacancy/occupancy rates.

Maintain proper inventory of supplies and consumables for living quarters. Perform Key control responsibility as assigned by Supervisor.

Work at the customer service desk providing friendly, professional service to the customer and perform all administrative duties associated with bachelor quarters management including, receiving reservations, assigning designated quarters, updating Billeting occupancy data, updating, and tracking Change of occupancy, scheduling inspections and all other tasks as applicable.

Knowledge of all relevant safety standards related to area of responsibility required. High school diploma with 1-3 years’ experience preferred.

Required

At least Three years previous experience in Hospitality Industry in a Hotel/Lodging set up.

Valid Light Vehicle Driving License

Knowledgeable and experienced in Microsoft Office Suite Applications Well conversant with use of Excel.

Must Be fluent in English.

Ready and Willing to perform manual work associated with Housekeeping.

Desirable:

Experience of delivering Customer Services in a Hospitality Set Up

Experience working in a secure environment dealing with restricted Information.

work in a military base a plus but not mandatory

Conversant with Front Desk Operations

Certificate in Business Management with a bias in either; Hospitality, Office Administration, Hotel Management and Customer service a Plus

Skills:

Passionate about Customer Services

Good Team and interpersonal skills

Good communication skills (both verbal and written) having the ability to produce reports and general business correspondence

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages

Evidence of being able to manage demanding clients and customers

Proven ability to prioritize tasks, pay attention to detail and work proactively to meet deadlines.

Ability to act in a professional manner and with absolute discretion.
