As Documentation Interface Coordinator you will be integrated with a team of professionals, who sustain the Company goal to take the energy forward, by granting a rigorous and accurate Project Infrastructure, a foundational element of how Baker Hughes executes its projects flawlessly. The core responsibilities revolve around developing and implementing processes for managing document interfaces, maintaining interface registers, facilitating communication between parties, and ensuring timely exchange and agreement on document deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.

As a Documentation Interface Coordinator, you will be the primary reference point for our Customers on documentation-related topics, owning the management and control of the documentation exchange process within our organization and being responsible for ensuring a smooth documentation transition towards our Customers.

As a Documentation Interface Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Verifying, commenting and deviating/proposing alternative solutions to Customer Requirements related to Documentation Management

Interfacing with our customers to ensure full alignment of both documentation lists and procedures.

Implementing and maintaining an efficient document control system for managing company documents that need to be exchanged with our Customers

Developing and enforcing documentation processes and procedures for consistency and compliance

Maintaining and updating the electronic document management system with accurate information

Producing dedicated reports and KPI’s to track document exchange performance and payment milestones progress

Facilitating document distribution, ensuring version control and confidentiality, and performing quality checks and audits.

Providing training and support on document control processes, support audits, and proposing process improvements.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor's in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in a structured company.

Be professional proficient in English (spoken and written).

Have advanced expertise in Office 365 tools (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong inclination for automation.

Have excellent organizational and time management skills, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Have high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Have an excellent understanding of document control processes, systems, and best practices, and understanding of engineering processes and project lifecycles.
