Position: Superintendent

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Job Description: As a Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the construction of our luxury custom homes and commercial tenant improvements. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while upholding our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day construction activities on job sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets our high standards.

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.

Manage project documentation, including permits, schedules, and change orders.

Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among project teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, with a focus on commercial tenant improvements.

Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.

Thorough understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction drawings.

Experience working with subcontractors and managing vendor relationships.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
