Associate Attorney

This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are passionate about real estate law and want to take their career to new heights with advancement opportunities. This role will be responsible for Landlord Tenant and has the potential of being remote.

Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in law and Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admitted to practice law in Washington.

2+ years of litigation experience and preferably current experience is with Landlord Tenant

Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

At least 1 year of courtroom experience
