Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the western United States, is currently seeking a full time Estate Planning Paralegal to join its Private Client Services practice group in our Portland office.
The position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Customized estate planning
Probate and trust administration
Gift and estate tax returns
Entity formation, governance and administration
Basic real estate transactions and deeds
Taxation and exempt organizations
Charitable and business succession planning; an Inter-generational wealth transfers
Experience and Qualifications:
Baccalaureate degree and paralegal certificate from ABA-accredited paralegal training program or equivalent combination of education and experience, required
Minimum of five years’ relevant experience
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, quality work-product to both attorneys and clients
Strong attention to detail and ability to self-start
Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision and to seek help when needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
