This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for an HR Learning Specialist

The HR Learning Specialist will assist and serve as the LMS Administrator for global HR and Legal Compliance training. They will maintain the LMS data to ensure that training is in compliance with regulations and business needs.

LMS Administrator. Responsible for maintaining the LMS data to ensure compliance with regulations and business needs. They will manage program guidelines and provide technical support to learners, including issue triage and troubleshooting

Project and Process Improvement. They will support various projects related to the LMS as required, in line with changing business requirements. Additionally, they will assist with projects, continuous improvements, and other activities to deliver on HR priorities. They will collaborate with HR stakeholders on training content development for HR-related training.

Employee Communication and Admin Support. Responding to tickets and providing support for internal processes as necessary.

Reporting & Analytics. They will run Workday reports and generate analytics using Excel (vlookup, pivots, etc.) for key HR programs on a recurring basis. They will also be responsible for ad hoc reporting and analysis. They will align processes for metrics reporting and maintain a training dashboard as requested by the business

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist/HR Operations/HR Admin, in any industry, including a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with Learning Management Systems and generating reports.

Experience in running Workday reports and generating analytics using Excel

Desired Qualifications:

Organization skills and Time Management - Organized, with good time management and prioritization. A true self starter, who works effectively on their own initiative. Highly committed, demonstrating patience, enthusiasm and energetic approach to the role

Customer Service and Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, with a high customer service focus

Collaboration - Ability to collaborate across multiple functions with customer service mentality. Ability to build trusting relationships whilst working remotely. Collaborative team player with effective team working skills, and the ability to work independently as required

Analytical and Reporting skills - Ability to generate reports and using Excel (vlookup, pivots etc) for a key HR programs on a recurring basis, also responsible for ad hoc reporting and analysis. Highly proficient in MS Office suite - especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Willing to work on night shift

Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
