Role Overview:

Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel (Corporate and M&A)

Location: Rome

Smartworking: possible for this position

IGT is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (Corporate and M&A) to hire within the Legal/Corporate and M&A Department to support Corporate Transactions and Corporate Governance activities.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide support in:

Setting-up, managing, assisting and negotiating M&A transactions (i.e. mergers, acquisitions, transfers of business concerns, joint ventures, etc.) and finance transactions (including drafting and reviewing finance agreements, documents and opinions, e.g. agreements, loans, guarantees, assignment of receivables, etc.)

Supporting in the management of corporate bodies (board of directors, board of statutory auditors and general meetings), power of attorney framework and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations;

General business law advise on several matters.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Law degree;

Fully qualified lawyer;

Overall M&A and corporate law experience in large legal firm or large industry for at least 5 years;

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
