Could you be the full-time Finance Project Manager (billing) in Astana we’re looking for?

Your future role

Main responsibilities:

Participate in overall Project Management process jointly with Project Manager.

Business Partnering:

owning the billing procces and making sure they accurate and timely

aggregate and manipulate data in Excel to prepare customized invoice

prepare cash-in budget and forecast

manage relationship with customer and collaborate with project team

ensure compliance of finance rules in project review preparation and throughout project execution

contribute on business agility and awareness.

Raised "Early Warnings" when necessary to increase management attention.

Cooperate with other expert functions (e.g. legal, platforms, Operational Excellence, etc.).

Partner with PM and CM in Contract & Claim Management (focus on finance topics & risks profile).

Controlling Project Warranty budget (actual vs forecast analysis).

Main required competences

Bachelor of Economics/ Finance/ Accounting;

Working experience (2+ years) in planning, financial modeling, cost controlling;

Industrial sectors is a plus.

Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Fluent in English.
