Entry Level Sales Consultant

Starlight Homes builds homes designed specifically for the first-time homebuyer. Our New Home Sales Consultants take care of our customers throughout every step of the process regardless of their situation, we are here to help. Together with our parent company, 2023’s Builder of the Year Ashton Woods, we have welcomed over 60,000 people to their new home.

Position Overview:

We are looking for entry level candidates who want to start off their careers with a great company in Myrtle Beach, SC! We provide 4 weeks of training and ongoing coaching and support. You will guide home buyers through the sales process, helping to make their home ownership dreams come true. You will be part of a team of 3 Sales Consultants working in a model home, with a sales coach to guide you.

Responsibilities:

Guide customers through the sales process and deliver outstanding customer service.

Reach out to new prospects, following up with interested prospects, and set appointments.

Transition leads to prospective customers and consistently follow up with customers who are under contract.

Develop and maintain productive relationships with realtors (e.g., visiting real estate offices, networking).

Learn community information and trends (e.g., schools, recreational areas, shopping areas).

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree, or at least one year of sales or customer service experience.

Valid/Active Driver's License Required.

Ability to work weekends (but you will either have Monday/Tuesday off, or Thursday/Friday off).

After hire, obtain an active South Carolina real estate license. (Starlight Homes will reimburse new hires in completing the certification process to obtain a South Carolina real estate license.)
