Accounting Executive

Requirements:Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related fields.

ACCA, CPA, or MICPA qualifications are preferred.

Entry-level candidates including Fresh Graduates, Trainees, and Interns are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or SQL is required.

Preferably possess minimum 2-3 years’ experience in accounting and payroll field Good command of both written and spoken English; Ability to read or write in extra laguages or dialects will be an added advantage.

Possess positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated, initiative and goal driven mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Possess strong analytical skills and comfort working with numerical data.

Scopes:Role Overview: As an Accounts Executive, you will manage end-to-end accounting processes and contribute to our monthly and annual reporting.

Responsibilities: Ability to prepare a full set of accounts and payroll for clients.

Oversee general ledger reporting and journal processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Maintain and update the fixed assets register, keeping track of depreciation and asset movements.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate month-end closing activities effectively.

Ensure that all engagements are delivered on time and within the scope.

Assist auditors during audits and prepare necessary audit schedules to support financial statements.

Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when necessary.
