Process Lead / Sr. Process Lead - Lease Reviewer

Job Summary: We are looking for detail-oriented Lease Abstractors to join our team. As a Lease Abstractor, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and summarizing commercial lease agreements to extract essential information accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Abstract and Review the Lease documents or any Amendments.

• Manage and update all leases in the Lease Admin system.

• Review and analyze commercial lease agreements, extracting key terms, conditions, clauses, and addendums.

• Condense complex lease documents into clear summaries, emphasizing critical details such as lease dates, rental rates, clauses, and tenant responsibilities.

• Enter abstracted data into designated databases with precision, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

• Conduct thorough reviews of abstracted lease data to ensure accuracy and compliance with established scope of work.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to clarify lease terms and obligations.

• Maintain organized records of abstracted lease documents and summaries for future reference and audits.

• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to commercial real estate leasing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in lease abstraction or administration.

• Highly experienced working with database applications such as HF/APEX, ProLease, LeaseCalcs, Lucernex, CoStar, Tango, Big Center, Visual Lease, MRI or Yardi or other lease management systems.

• Strong grasp of lease terminology and real estate principles.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and lease management software.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
