HVAC Field Project Supervisor

Summary

CES is seeking an HVAC Field Project Supervisor- truck base who will be responsible for the efficient management and coordination of designated HVAC mechanical projects.

Essential Duties

Expedite installation of new HVAC systems.

Assists management and sales staff with obtaining information to replace equipment.

Develops project plans for clients and staff.

Delegates project tasks to teams best suited to complete them.

Create the teams and develop the objectives/goals of each assigned individuals' responsibilities.

Leads and communicates with all team members, subcontractors and vendors for completion of projects.

Serves as point of contact for customers, subcontractors and vendors for onsite project supervision.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

The employee must be able to perform all duties noted under the conditions and circumstances in the extreme weather found in Florida.

Local and occasional out of town travel within Florida is

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

Graduation from high school, vocational school, or training equivalent.

5+ years of experience in HVAC or other related fields.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Demonstrates the ability to develop relationships.

Ability to operate independently and autonomously.

Position requires the ability to work nights, overtime, or rotating schedule on an as needed basis.

Licenses/Certifications

Incumbent must be insurable at all times by CES carrier.
