Your role at Clorox:
Sr Financial Analyst Latam SBU
Responsible for leading the overall monthly/quarterly closing process, supporting forecast process, and improving processes and reporting tools. In addition, responsible for providing insight to Management on drivers of financial performance as well as leading F&A initiatives providing support in decision making process as well as improving processes and financial controls.
In this role, you will:
Lead the overall Actual close process within LATAM (from planning to reporting), working closely with the Countries/clusters Finance teams, H&H group, and Corporate Financial Planning.
Support the overall Forecast process.
Provide analysis for LATAM, including by country analysis, gap management, benchmarking within LATAM and between SBUs businesses, SG&A trends, and new products performance.
Identify issues and opportunities to improve processes, system utilization and reporting adding value to on ongoing operations and new tools
Support Finance and LATAM organization priorities.

What we look for:
Requirements
3 – 5 years of Finance, Accounting, or related experience
Advanced English level (mandatory)
Strong Excel skills
Consumer Packaged Goods or Manufacturing industry experience
International experience preferred.
Management reporting experience preferred
Skills and Abilities
Solid SAP or other ERP systems experience
Power BI experience
Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
Strong ability to prioritize and self-manage workload.
Strong ability to work in a cross functional environment and form solid relationship with other functions.
Strong ability to multitask.
Strong financial analysis valuation knowledge combined with strong practical usage of knowledge in real world situations.
Ability to take ownership of issues and ensure timely resolution.
Strong ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels.
Strong Excel skills and Power BI
Fluent in English
Prior experience working remotely preferred.
