We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a forward-thinking digital bank. With a unique blend of creativity and analytical skills, this role is critical for driving digital marketing strategy to boost brand reach and engagement. This senior role involves steering a dedicated campaign team responsible for content creation, social media campaigns, and digital design, ensuring a cohesive and innovative approach to our marketing efforts. You will also work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns meet performance objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth, leveraging over 8 years of your experience to lead a campaign team towards our strategic goals. The Digital Marketing Manager and team will also work very closely with the Brand team to amplify digital presence and ensure alignment to the overall brand strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related discipline.

A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

Digital marketing certification (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads).

Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team in executing content strategies, social media initiatives, and digital design projects.

Functional expertise in website management, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.

Experience with various Martech tools or capabilities including GA4, CRM, ESP, CMS, SEO, SEM, CDP, ORM.

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in utilizing digital analytics tools to drive marketing

Innovative thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing creative digital marketing strategies.

Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

An experienced digital marketer with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Previous Agency or Fintech experience an advantage.

A detail-orientated individual who is comfortable documenting process.

Data-driven decision maker, adept at setting and surpassing ambitious targets.

Guide and mentor a dynamic team focused on creating compelling content, executing engaging social media strategies, and producing visually appealing digital designs, driving synergies and innovation within the team.

Execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns that are in harmony with our overarching digital marketing strategy and brand objectives, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative across all digital touchpoints.

Take charge of optimizing our digital footprint and leverage our internal and external partners to drive specific results.

This includes oversight of website properties, SEO, content creation, social media campaigns, and digital design.

Set ambitious yet achievable goals, metrics, and benchmarks for all digital marketing activities, employing robust analytics to track performance and inform strategy adjustments. Foster close collaboration with various internal stakeholders to ensure digital marketing campaigns are well-integrated and aligned with overall business objectives, enhancing brand consistency and impact.

Manage digital marketing budgets and costs effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.

Continually scan the digital marketing horizon for emerging trends and technologies, integrating innovative practices to maintain and expand our brand's digital footprint.
