Bike Riders

A Bike Rider in Dubai is responsible for delivering packages, food, and other items to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

This role requires excellent knowledge of Dubai's roads and neighborhoods, strong time-management skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities: Delivery Services: Deliver packages, documents, food, and other items to customers promptly.

Ensure that items are delivered in good condition and meet customer specifications.

Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery.

Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with customers.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues or complaints promptly.

Collect payments or obtain signatures from customers, if required.

Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the bike to ensure it is in good working condition.

Report any mechanical issues or damage to the bike immediately.

Ensure the bike is clean and well-maintained at all times.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.

Wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet and reflective clothing.

Follow company safety protocols to protect oneself and the items being delivered.

Time Management: Manage delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of items.

Use GPS or maps to navigate and avoid delays.

Prioritize deliveries based on urgency and customer requirements.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, mileage, and any issues encountered.

Complete delivery logs and reports as required by the company.

Keep receipts and invoices for all deliveries.

Communication: Communicate effectively with the dispatch team, customers, and other stakeholders.

Provide regular updates on delivery status and report any delays or issues.

Respond promptly to calls or messages from the dispatch team.

Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid UAE motorcycle license.

Proven experience as a bike rider or delivery driver is preferred.

Good knowledge of Dubais roads and neighborhoods.

Ability to read maps and use GPS devices.

Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical fitness and stamina to ride for extended periods.

Additional Requirements: Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to handle cash transactions and payments securely.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
