Your future team:

You will join our “Factory of the Future” team of specialists within Group R&D. We are a team of passionate, skilled and knowledgeable colleagues who develop & implement the newest technologies for stone wool production. The “Factory of the Future” team aims at upgrading our production facilities with best in class IT/OT Solutions. We are proud to be word leaders in our industry, and we work hard to stay in this position.

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a Robotics Engineer with a proven track record of successful development and implementation projects. You will be part of project teams developing new robotics solutions for our labs and production sites. Part of this will be to keep aloft of newest technology, working with universities and combining robots with other new technologies like AI.

Collaboration across the globe is essential, and you can expect to travel approximately 30-40 days a year for on-site meetings, implementations, testing, or supporting solution launches.

What you bring:

Creating new, innovative, and competitive solutions that can change the state-of-the-art motivates you. You are adept at navigating a project-based organization with many different stakeholders. To make a significant impact, we expect you to have:

A degree in Automation, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering or similar

2+ years' experience with automation and robotics

Proficiency in robot programming languages such as: KRL - KUKA Robot Language (preferred) and ABB Rapid

Proficiency in PLC programming – Siemens preferred

Knowledge on Python and C++ is a plus

A certain level of understanding of Data Science
