Director of Digital Operations
The Director of Digital Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing the technology operations of company website sites. This role is the leader and strategist for integrating all digital aspects, including UI/UX, and product workflow, and will collaborate with senior managementâ s vision for aesthetics and functionality of the site, graphics, and SEO.
Position Summary:
We are in search of a hands-on Director of Digital Operations who can both strategize and execute in our digital realm. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the work, balancing strategic thinking
with day-to-day implementation. The successful candidate will integrate internal and external resources to improve our user experience (UX/UI), optimize search engine optimization (SEO), and manage website operations
effectively. The ideal candidate will be a marketing and revenue-orientated, hands-on, strategic thinker capable of delivering measurable results and fostering ongoing enhancements in various areas of the operating company's
digital presence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
? Further develop and execute the strategy of various company digital assets, including online 2-sided
marketplace, e-commerce website, and lead generation and branding sites, in line with the company's
business objectives.
? Manage and mentor a team of digital experts, leading the integration of internal teams and external
partners to optimize digital operations, nurturing an environment of innovation and excellence.
? Implement effective SEO strategies to augment website visibility, traffic, and user engagement.
? Analyze digital performance metrics, utilizing insights for strategic planning and decision-making
? Optimize website design, content, and functionality to ensure a top-tier UX/UI that caters to a diverse
clientele.
? Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, IT, and sales, to guarantee a cohesive approach
to digital initiatives
? Keep up-to-date with emerging digital trends and technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the
businesses
? Ensure adherence to relevant legal standards and regulations concerning digital operations and data
privacy
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree or related certificates and education in Digital Marketing, Information Technology,
Business, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
? At least 7 years of experience in digital operations, with a proven track record in UX/UI, SEO, and website
management.
? Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a diverse digital team.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-centric approach to decision-making.
? Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices
? Proficiency in web design principles, content management systems, and e-commerce platforms.
? Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, capable of effective interaction with both internal
teams and external partners
? Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
