Bedford Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for an HMO Clerk to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!

HMO Clerk Responsibilities

Assist with submitting beneficiary notices to residents/families

Coordinate HMO management process as instructed by the Director

Assist with audits and ADRs data collection under the supervision of the Director

Complete HMO tracking spreadsheet, weekly calendar for due progress reports and clinical updates

Attend and participate in Utilization Review meetings

Ensure adherence to HIPAA compliance

Assist with daily census and payer reconciliation (Visual vs PCC EMRs)

Other duties as assigned or deemed necessary and appropriate to the position

HMO Clerk Requirements

High school diploma or its equivalent

COVID-19 vaccination

Preferred

Previous experience in post-acute/long-term care is preferred, but on-the-job training will be provided
