Lot Attendant/Porter

We are currently in search of a Lot Attendant/Porter at our Rosen Ford Belleville location.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities

Maintain new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.

Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.

Keep new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the General Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.

Clean driveway and sidewalks.

Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.

Make key tags for vehicles.

Must be willing to work weekends.

Retrieve and deliver vehicles to and from property locations.

Wash, clean, and dry all used cars on a regular basis.

Keep used cars properly displayed in a neat, attractive manner.

Rotate all used cars line positions so as to give an appearance of freshness to inventory.

Deliver and pick up used cars from the used car reconditioning area.

Remove used cars sold from line and replace them with new units.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Ability to follow directions and instructions

High school diploma or equivalent

Confident with an outgoing personality

Professional attitude and the ability to deliver world class customer service

Reliable transportation to and from work

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
