Summary
The Analyst Sr, Trade Compliance is responsible for the implementation of Foreign Trade strategies and leading related projects among the different entities in México by ensuring these are compliant with Foreign Trade and allied regulations.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and determine different foreign trade scenarios that comply with the company necessities by making a deep dive of the available trade and tax schemes promoted by the related Authorities. - Ensure the implementation of foreign trade initiatives or projects by coordinating efforts with the different involved areas, sponsors or stakeholders. - Analyze the regulations related to imports and exports to provide the proper guidance to the Foreign Trade operations team or any other area within the organization. - Maintain records of all the documents and definitions involved in the implementation of new strategies or projects by developing procedures, manuals, policies, among others to ensure business continuity. - Analyze and gather information derived from the foreign trade operations of the company to develop new foreign trade strategies by making use of the IT tools provided by the company. - Maintain an imported fixed assets control by administraing the generated paperwork and coordinate the necessary activities to guarantee equipment disposals or transfers are aligned to Customs regulations.
