Role Description
Volley Automation is seeking a Sales Project Manager who will report to our Head of Business Development and collaborate closely with Commercial, Engineering and Product teams. In this role, you will have responsibility for supporting sales of our fully automated parking technology within the commercial real estate industry. You will be responsible for managing the sales team resources and workflows, including sales enablement initiatives, business prioritization, and customer presentation real estate analysis.
Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience in project management, construction, real estate, sales related responsibilities with a commercial real estate or construction company
Bachelor’s degree in business, Construction, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in project management, real estate analysis, and sale enablement
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and analyze the impact of sales enablement initiatives
Familiarity with sales processes, pipeline management, and B2B selling
Aptitude for utilizing data, insights & resources to develop a compelling selling story
Advanced working experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and creating dashboards, KPI reporting and prospect updates.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Advanced skills with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formula work) and CRM (HubSpot)
Responsibilities
Key areas of responsibility include:
Managing the established sales workflows, automations, lead scoring and customer presentation setup materials.
Managing and maintaining of the top strategic market plans
Tracking progress and issuing periodic updates to leadership on Sales KPIs, customer engagement, and CRM activities
Creating data visualizations, graphs, and charts to facilitate data-driven decision-making for reporting and presentations
Creating and managing target project lists from national industry databases and work with SDR to prioritize, track and close sales
Ensuring business plans, tracking reports, strategies, evaluations, and dashboards are accurate and completed on time
Overseeing sale engineering design queue (align with AEs) on prioritization and work product outputs
Dispatching inbound leads to the correct AE or person in Sales (based on resourcing)
Project managing the pipeline to ensure things are followed up on, advanced within the sales pipeline and properly resourced
Assembling concept presentation collateral for sales AEs to present to prospective customers
Supporting AEs with building proposals, price estimates and real estate inputs
Assembling concept design deck from the project plan defined from Project Engineers

Ability to work remotely; home office the majority of your time, occasional travel for company meetings or trade shows
Experience with startups a plus
Proficiency with sales tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point, HubSpot CRM, and lead generation software

The target base salary range for this position is 135,000-160,000 annually.
