Your responsibilities –

As our Coverage Support Analyst, you will:

Fulfilling regular client reporting and supporting ad-hoc reporting based on the clients’ request.

Supporting documentation of proposals – documenting proposals of local mandates and supporting RFP team/CCD team at global mandates

Supporting KYC related works by working with Client Due Diligence Team who is in charge of KYC and related documentation.

Support the Governance process and review of sales key operating policy and procedures to create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them

Support Sales in client servicing to continuously grow DWS Korea business

Support specific sales initiatives and projects that promote the implementation of wider DWS long term strategy, and to provide periodic updates on performance

To foster a strong and collaborative culture across all functions to build the necessary working relationships with all internal stakeholders

Coordinating ad-hoc reporting deliverables with Operations, Risk and other internal teams

We are looking for

Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience

No prior experience required, preferably some knowledge in asset management, investing/ private equity, consulting, or investment banking

Strong analytical and presentation skills with an ability to understand/ dissect complex problems; strategic and creative thinking aptitude

Collaborative problem solver focusing on outcomes and strong project management skills

Comfortable working in a multi-dimensional environment

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to clearly articulate ideas, issues and solutions

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel is a requirement

Excellent communication skills in both English written and verbal.
