Responsibilities
Software maintenance and modernization within a complex system
Integration of code across multiple value streams (e.g., models and user interface)
Leading complex technical projects
Generate and design documents
Generate creative solutions that modernize existing code and create new code
Qualifications
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience; certification preferred
Familiarity with Medicare claims data
Must have experience working with Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS Cloud Services
Must have extensive experience with Java, SQL, Snowflake SQL, Python, and Scala
Ability to work independently and effectively with little to no supervision
Experience with Databricks E2, Lakehouse, Unity Catalog, Delta, DCS, and DBFS
Knowledge of machine learning and analytics
Experience in System Architecture and the development of software frameworks and APIs to mediate between model developers and data structures
Experience in building and automating application package deployments
Experience leading complex technical development
Technical project management experience
Experience working with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) information systems
Team player
Excellent executive function and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
SAFe certification
Medicare claims experience
Technical project leadership experience (however, this should not be in lieu of extensive hands-on development experience, which is a must-have qualification)
Education:
Bachelor's degree plus ten (10) relevant years of experience
Clearance:
US Citizen or Green Card

Pay Range:
The pay for this position ranges from $125,000 to 130,500.
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
