We are seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to join our team in the UAE.

The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining the store, and ensuring the proper storage and distribution of goods.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory systems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking incoming and outgoing goods, and conducting regular stock checks.

Receiving Goods: Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of received goods, ensuring they match purchase orders and delivery notes.

Storage and Organization: Properly store goods in designated areas, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.

Distribution: Prepare and issue goods based on requisitions or orders, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all inventory movements, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.

Safety Compliance: Ensure the storage area complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Stock Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to reorder stock as needed.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure storage equipment and tools are well-maintained and in good working condition.

Reporting: Generate inventory reports and provide updates to management on stock levels, discrepancies, and other relevant information.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and effective inventory control.

Qualifications Experience: Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar inventory management role.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent record-keeping skills.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy items, standing for extended periods, and operating storage equipment.

Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Working Conditions Environment: Work in a warehouse or storage facility, with potential exposure to varying temperatures and conditions.

Hours: Standard business hours with the possibility of overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
