Job Description:

Provide support, analysis, and guidance for various business development and operational improvement projects within AHF’s Information Technology (IT) Department. Conduct quantitative analyses of information involving financial data for the IT department. Work closely with AHF’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) and IT Directors to develop departmental budgets and forecast, analyze related costs, and communicate findings in presentations. Analyze the IT Department’s financial performance and identify ways to optimize cost data and streamline monthly processes. Conduct financial cost calculations and financial cost splitting for the distribution of IT transactions. Create charts and graphs, using computer spreadsheets, to illustrate technical reports. Employ financial models to develop solutions to financial problems. Support collaborations between IT, Finance, Contracts and Procurement departments at AHF. Perform PO generation, new vendor, and contract data maintenance. Build strategic relationships to help streamline and improve forecast accuracy as well as financial performance. Manage the receiving, inventorying, disbursement, and tracking of IT assets within AHF. Purchase IT related investments for AHF in accordance with company policy. Maintain IT inventory and license renewal schedules. Prepare detailed IT software subscription budget reports. Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of overspending and cost-saving opportunities. Deliver accurate IT asset deployment reports to the Finance/Accounting team. Analyze and develop periodic reports while ensuring data integrity. Guide cost analysis processes by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, provide trends and forecasts, and explain processes and techniques.

Requirements:

Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Finance, Business, or related field plus two (2) years of Asset Analysis, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Analysis, or related experience: streamlining the order management process by setting up the electronic data interchange (EDI); utilizing forecasting and budgeting techniques to balance supply and demand; generating fulfillment reports with detailed analysis to identify areas for improvement; overseeing vendor operations and ensuring compliance with IT product delivery processes; analyzing data to provide insights and drive productive discussions with vendors; leveraging data analytics and technology to support execution, review, and closure of operational tasks; ensuring accurate financial data processing; maintaining purchase order data in SAP systems; utilizing financial management software for tracking and reporting; and utilizing payment processing systems for accurate payments. Must live within commuting distance and may telecommute 2 days a week.
