Role and Responsibilities:

As a Midweight Interior Designer, you will play a central role in their operations, contributing to various phases of both small and complex projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing innovative design concepts that blend practicality with aesthetic appeal. Key responsibilities include:

Design Development: Independently deliver design concepts and conduct programming efforts such as space planning, layout, and furniture and equipment utilization.

Material Specification: Select and specify interior architectural materials and finishes, furniture, lighting, and artwork.

Client Presentations: Prepare and support client presentations, ensuring clear communication of design ideas and progress.

Project Coordination: Maintain and update documents during the schematic design and design development phases. Communicate effectively with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior design-related projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite, DesignSmart, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools. Some experience in Revit is preferred.
