What you will do

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities and supporting our employees throughout their journey with us. Your tasks will be diverse and engaging, covering everything from administration, recruitment and training to compensation. Here is a snapshot of what your role will entail:

HR Administration: Be the go-to person for daily employee requests and ensure seamless administrative support. You’ll handle templates, reports, employee records, and more

Data Management: Maintain and update data in our HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Onboarding: Facilitate the entry, exit, and change processes for employees, coordinating with various departments to create a smooth experience

Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team and manage healthcare enrollments

Internal Communications: Assist the HR Manager with agenda organization, expense tracking, and internal communication projects

Recruitment: Conduct initial screenings for French-speaking roles and organize interviews

What we are looking for

Educational Background: You are about to finish a degree in Business, HR, Administration, or related fields (Bac+3 to Bac+5)

Language Skills: Native/Bilingual in French and business fluent in English
