Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Our client is a leading law firm based located in Houston, known for their commitment to excellence and sophisticated work in real estate.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Real Estate Attorney 2-5 years of experience to handle a variety of complex real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of providing strategic legal advice.

Responsibilities:

Conducting due diligence for commercial real estate transactions.

Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and other real estate documents.

Acquisitions/Dispositions

Providing legal advice on zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance.

Representing clients in negotiations, closings, and other real estate matters.

Collaborating with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive legal support.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admitted to practice and in good standing in TX.

Minimum of 2 years of experience

Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating real estate documents.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
