We are currently seeking a Regional Director of Operational Processes to take on a vital role in developing and managing our operational procedures. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced multifamily professional who is enthusiastic about enhancing processes, creating policies, and leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and refine operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance and improve overall performance.

Stay current with changing housing laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance.

Collaborate with the VP of Property Operations to identify areas for process improvement and present practical solutions.

Help create and maintain comprehensive policy manuals and procedure guides.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in multifamily property management operations, with a focus on process improvement and compliance

In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local multifamily laws and regulations

Proven track record of developing and implementing effective operational processes and procedures

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills

Excellent writing and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
