**This position is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto Downtown Office**

In this role, you will…

Partner with stakeholders to manage the full cycle of the recruitment process by the identifying, engaging, screening, coaching, and the hiring of top diverse talent.

Collaborate with each leader to create a hiring strategy.

Confidently and effectively communicate at all levels.

Effectively maintain, develop, and facilitate positive relationships with hiring leaders.

Successfully develop strong relationships across your business lines with hiring managers and understand their vision.

What you’ll bring

3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.

You demonstrate a strong ability to partner with stakeholders and effectively build strong relationships.

Ability to effectively source candidates through various platforms.

Excellent written, verbal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Fluid and adaptive mindset

Experience in a high-volume recruitment role, supporting multiple locations, preferably.

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or other relevant field is preferred.

Experience in a commercial real estate space, recruiting property management professionals would be considered an asset.
