Qualifications:

Active membership and good standing with the Virginia bar

A minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, with a preference for backgrounds in commercial litigation, products liability, and/or general liability

Proficiency in conducting depositions

Demonstrated experience in drafting and presenting motions, including those for summary judgment

Strong analytical prowess coupled with exceptional oral and written communication skills

A self-motivated professional with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
