CD Peacock is seeking a polished and enthusiastic Luxury Sales Support Associate to join our prestigious team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience through greeting, cashiering, and gift-wrapping services. Your dedication to superior customer service and meticulous attention to detail will help uphold the high standards of our luxury brand.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and Customer Engagement:
Warmly welcome and engage with clients as they enter the store
Assist clients with inquiries and connect them to appropriate sales professional for further assistance.
Maintain an inviting and sophisticated store atmosphere.
Cashiering:
Efficiently and accurately handle all transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges.
Process payments through various methods including cash, checks, and credit cards
Ensure the cash register area is organized and all cash handling procedures are followed.
Gift Wrapping:
Expertly wrap luxury products, ensuring each package meets the brand’s high standards for presentation.
Create beautiful, bespoke gift packaging that enhances the customer’s purchase and overall shopping experience.
Manage wrapping supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are in stock.
Sales Support:
Assist sales professionals with clients by providing beverages
Ensure sales areas are presentable
Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing seamless behind the scenes assistance.
Position Requirements
Must be able to lift a minimum of 15lbs
Must be able to stand a minimum of 5 to 7 hours
Must be on the salesfloor a minimum of 80% - 90% of the time
Must be able to work (on average) between 35 – 40 hours per week
Must be proficient in cash handling and POS systems.
Must be fully flexible and available with scheduling and working weekends, evenings and holidays
