Job Description
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our brands, products, and services
Coordinate with internal teams, including artists, animators, writers, and producers, to develop engaging and high-quality animation content
Support the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, advertisements, brochures, and presentations, in collaboration with the design and content teams
Coordinate marketing activities and events, including trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently
Manage social media channels and online communities, including content scheduling, monitor engagement, and responding to customer inquiries
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences, providing insights to inform marketing decisions
Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, tracking key metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas of improvement
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team
Job Requirements
Experience in content management, preferably within the animation or entertainment industry
Experience working in social media content management, with a propensity for creating content preferred, at a content-driven and/or consumer brand
Experience optimizing content across social channels and tracking performance metric to refine content strategy over time
Proven experience creating social media strategies and content calendars, managing and owning the execution and posting
An interest in staying informed and keeping a pulse on current trends, cultural moments, and updates to social media platforms in addition to operating with a bias for action to activate against ideas quicky
Strong work ethic, the ability to learn quicky, take on new challenges, and apply feedback
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with digital marketing principles and strategies is a plus
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude
