Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team.

The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization.

This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and contribute to our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.

Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future job openings.

Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Prepare interview questions and evaluation forms to assist hiring managers in the selection process.

Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role.

Administer and evaluate assessments or tests as required.

Offer Management: Work with hiring managers to formulate competitive job offers.

Extend offers to candidates and manage negotiations regarding salary and benefits.

Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating the onboarding process.

Ensure all necessary paperwork and pre-employment checks are completed.

Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.

Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities to enhance the company's presence.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
